Concept Place is ideally located for local amenities’ being just a short walk to the city centre where you will find a range of bars, restaurants, shops, cinema and the Train station. Even closer than this there is a local Tesco where you can pick up all your essentials.
There is a Premier Convenience Store at the base of Marsden House just over the road. In town you will find a large Morrisons supermarket with a wide range of products including home and kitchen ware.
Concept Place sits on Burley Road and gives you a great base to head into town for the delights of Leeds night life. Closer to home, though, there’s a wealth of restaurants and entertainment to enjoy from the much lauded Box Pizza, Unit One Bar & Grill and The Fox & Newt. TGI Fridays is just a short walk away and a little bit further on you’ll find Vue Kirkstall Cinema, part of the Cardigan Fields retail park that also hosts Nando’s, Frankie & Benny’s, McDonalds and a range of clubs and pubs.
As well as being part of a large student community (Marsden House and Leeds Student Village as well as several other large student halls sit just over the road) there are a number of bars, restaurants and takeaways just down the road.
For sporty students, there’s a Powerleague 5-a-side pitch a five-minute walk away and a Goals centre further down Kirkstall Road. It’s also a short walk from a snooker centre, Virgin Active gym and Hollywood Bowl.
If you’re an avid shopper then Leeds city centre has everything from high street favourites to unique boutiques and proud independents. It’s crammed with great restaurants and incredible bars and pubs to suit all tastes. Major retailers such as Topshop, Hollister, Victoria’s Secret and Primark can all be found in Trinity Leeds, which also includes Trinity Kitchen, where you will find a rotating selection of street food vans, a cinema and a number of bars and restaurants. There’s something for everyone in Trinity!
