Leadership, Management & Coaching

Effective leadership and management is crucial to successful growth and profitability of your business, through ensuring managers are equipped to manage as well as to take on leadership roles. Our University's highly experienced team can work with you or your business to support the professional development of staff at all levels and whatever industry you are operating in. Our well planned training and development can help you to ensure you have better qualified and motivated staff.

As well as our on-going training programme we can also tailor our training to meet your specific business needs, and can offer distance learning options or accredit your existing in house training programme. Working with a specialist team we can offer outdoor activities and cognitive challenges to help reinforce new leadership, management and coaching skills.

In additional to our training and professional development we can support your business with research or consultancy projects and may be able to support you with funding towards the costs of training.
