Working with Children and Young People

Interested in a rewarding career, working with children and young people? Come along and speak directly to a range of organisations to find out about the opportunities available to students from any course. There will also be a session with Leeds Beckett graduates where they will be sharing their experiences of working in this field.

Leeds Beckett University students from any course, with an interest in working with children and young people, are invited to join us at the Working with Children and Young People Careers Fair on 7 March. We have a broad range of organisations coming along, providing a great opportunity to gain an insight in to:

- Teaching in the UK and overseas.

- Public Sector.

- Third Sector, including children and youth work.

- Volunteering - find out how you can develop experience and increase your employability through volunteering opportunities at home and overseas.

Alumni Stories Event

Alongside our Employer Stands, we’ll also be hosting an Alumni Stories Event. This is a chance to meet with recent Leeds Beckett graduates, who can share their experiences of working with children and young people across a range of sectors.
