Will is Deputy Agent for the Bank of England in Yorkshire and the Humber. He holds bachelors and masters degrees in economics. Before joining the Bank of England, Will worked as an economist in the private sector and in government, most recently at an economics consultancy and the communications authority, Ofcom.
