This Girl Can celebrates active women doing their own thing
Last year's This Girl Can event proved to be a great success and offered a range of free sessions throughout the week including Women's Football, Basketball, Badminton, Body Tone, Squash, Cardio Blast, Cardio Tennis, Dodgeball, Running, Spin and Kung Fu.
