Discover the benefits of mindfulness practices on concentration, attention, physical and emotional wellbeing.

Feel more energised and focused by setting aside intentional relaxation space. Become more aware of your posture, manage your emotions and increase energy levels. Shift from 'doing' to 'being' mode for 50 minutes using simple movements and other practices. Discover the benefits of mindfulness practices on concentration, attention, physical and emotional wellbeing. Spaces are free and on a first come, first served basis, no booking needed.
