End of Project event for the Why is our Psychology Curriculum White? Curriculum Innovation Project


  • 14.00-14.45: Project findings presented and launch of psychology BME repository.
  • 14.45-15.30: For those colleagues who can stay, space will be given to consider curriculum blind spots (especially around race) in other courses and to share ways in which these can be resolved.

This project is a curriculum innovation funded project led by staff in psychology and members of the Race Equality Forum design to highlight the White, Western and androcentric bias of our psychology curriculum. This end of project event will present the findings of the various project studies (e.g., focus groups) and launch the library repository of BME work that can be used to create a diverse, more inclusive curriculum.
