#WECAN Women in Leadership – How to find your voice and be heard
#WECAN (Women Empowered through Coaching and Networking) project aims to enhance the resilience and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by building the leadership skills, capabilities and opportunities of women in the Leeds City Region.

Finding your voice to communicate with colleagues and partners to build influence and your personal brand.

Finding your voice isn’t just about speaking in meetings or presentations; it’s also about how you communicate with colleagues and partners to build influence and your personal brand.

In this session you will:

  • Analyse our own communication skills
  • Examine the communication process
  • Develop strategies to help you feel confident and get your message across clearly

Speaker

The session will be led by #WECAN Delivery Lead Kim Sanderson. Kim has over 25 years’ experience of teaching in further education.
