Seasonal change at the Salad Box
The seasons aren’t the only thing changing on campus, our Salad Box counter has been revamped with a range of fresh new salad items. Use your Reward Card throughout April to get double points on the Salad Box counter and try some of our new dishes.
Our team have devised a range of brand new fillings which will be rotated weekly throughout spring and summer from Monday 10 April. Full of fresh, seasonal ingredients our new fillings will delight with their delicious and vibrant flavours.
Head to the Food Court and try our new fillings, which include:
- Raw shredded beetroot, carrot and mixed seed salad
- Pea, mint, lemon and crème fraiche rice salad
- Courgette, fennel and orange salad
- Mexican bean, lime, pepper and avocado cauliflower rice
- Summer chickpea, chilli, cherry tomato and herb salad
- Bacon and avocado macaroni pasta
