Graduate Success Stories
Euan, originally from Edinburgh, joined our University back in 2004 to study the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and decided to stay beyond that year to expand his studies and take the Postgraduate Diploma Legal Course.
During his student years, Euan undertook a period of work experience at local firm Blacks and after graduating was offered the role of a training contract, which he grabbed with both hands.
Like many of our graduates, Euan made the city his home and has been employed with Blacks ever since, dealing mainly in employment law.
Speaking about his student experience, Euan said: “My postgraduate study left me well prepared for working in practice. As well as perfecting my skills as a solicitor, I’m now sharing my knowledge with the lawyers of the future via the University’s mentoring scheme and helping them gain invaluable work experience in industry.”
