Step 2: Let us know if you need extra support

Support needs

If you or any of your guests have support needs, please complete the appropriate section when booking your place and your guest tickets. (This includes parking for Blue Badge holders.)

If you have requested a disabled parking permit, this will be sent to you ahead of Graduation. Please ensure you display it in your car on arrival. When you arrive on campus, please inform our Security Team whether your disabled guest(s) will be watching in the Auditorium or in one of the live screening venues, as they will then be able to direct you to the most appropriate parking place.

From the main disabled car park identified on the graduation map, the distance to the Auditorium is 170m. The distance from the main disabled car park to the Graduation Village on The Acre is 210m if using the steps at the rear of James Graham (21 steps), or 340m if using the ramp.

Please note, a ramp will provide access to the Auditorium for wheelchair users. However, there will be stairs on to the stage for students. A lift will be available if required. If you have not notified us via your Online Store booking please notify us before your graduation day if you will need to use it.

If you have already booked your tickets via our Online Store booking but not notified us of any support needs, please contact the Graduation Team as soon as possible.
