Contemporary Trends in Business Communications

Leeds Business School has a team of researchers specialising in business communication. The team is involved in activities such as a European survey which analyses emerging communication practices, future trend forecasting for the Government, as well consultancy work for small, medium and large organisations designed to enhance communication capabilities and capacity. The aim of this topic is to identify the communication developments of most relevance to companies in the region. The content generated by the team is designed to help business owners and managers to assess the effectiveness of their communication, whether to customers, suppliers, government, or the wider community.
