The purpose of the survey is to gather meaningful data concerning how we use teaching spaces (how often they are used, how many students are in each room and which rooms are being used).
The survey findings will help us to understand the level of utilisation of booked space and inform decisions that will shape the future of our estate.
The survey will commence on Monday 26 February and finish on Friday 2 March at City Campus and Headingley Campus.
An important feature of the survey is the validation of the activity going on in the teaching space. To ascertain this vital part of the data collection, the room surveyors will be entering the teaching spaces in order to confirm the activity taking place but will do their utmost to ensure that any teaching activity is not disrupted.
