Well that’s what we think at Leeds Beckett, which is why we organise many varied guest lecture series throughout the year. From sporting stars to human rights activists and the Chief Executive of Leeds City Council – we have a guest lecture to suit all students’ tastes.

Carnegie Conversations


Rugby legends in conversation at Leeds Beckett

Kevin Sinfield, former Leeds Rhinos and England rugby league captain, and Bryan Redpath, Head Coach at Yorkshire Carnegie and former rugby union captain of Scotland, talked about the highs and lows of their careers, the people that have inspired them, their hopes for promotion and the pranks that rugby teams play whilst on tour!  Full story: http://bit.ly/294PyDC.

A series of monthly lunchtime talks organised by the Centre for Culture & the Arts at Leeds Beckett University in partnership with Leeds City Council.
