Agile methods are revolutionising the way software is developed. With Agile, developers and clients work closely together and the focus is on delivering working software frequently, with changes welcomed. Implement these new approaches successfully and you can start to reap the benefits and transform your business.
This course equips you with the knowledge and skills that are key to making the switch to Agile. You will get a good all-round introduction to Agile development approaches and discuss issues that are relevant to your organisation, learning from the trainer's wealth of experience.
On completion of this Agile Software Development course you will be able to implement Agile approaches in your organisation and deliver systems that meet user requirements.
Ideal for both developers and clients, the course focuses on the approaches rather than technical details, and clients and developers both have important roles to play in any Agile project.
Programmers, testers, business analysts, database administrators, project managers and clients have all attended and benefited from this practical and interactive workshop.

Trainer & Reviews
Aaron is an Agile coach, Certified Product Owner, ScrumMaster and professional based in the UK. He is the Commercial Director of McKenna Consultants who provide Agile consultancy, coaching and training, bespoke software development and app development. In 2014, Aaron was nominated on the shortlist to receive an award for 'Best Agile Coach or Mentor – Process' at the 2014 UK Agile Awards.
After graduating in 2009 with a degree in Business Studies from the Sheffield School of Business (Sheffield Hallam University), Aaron collaborated with brother Nick to take the first steps transforming McKenna Consultants into one of the most successful Agile Software Development businesses in the UK.
Aaron has always had a strong business sense and an organised, prepared approach to his projects, steaming from his days at school when he was responsible for organising many charity events and also from his time running the back office for a local taxi company during his time at University.
Aaron presented complex material in a clear and concise way. I thought the exercises were a brilliant and creative way of making us rethink our current strategies.Attendee review, 28 November 2016
