3. Guaranteed accommodation
Moving into our Halls of Residence is a great way to meet new people and the easiest way to make friends at Uni. You’re guaranteed a place in our accommodation in your first year when you make us your first choice and apply before our booking deadlines.
4. Free Placement year
If you select a course with a sandwich option, you will not be charged a fee in your placement year. We arrange more than 5,000 student placements a year with organisations such as Disney, Samsung, Apple, Nike, BMW and many more.
5. Fantastic facilities
We’ve got loads of amazing facilities across our University, such as the music studios where members of Rudimental honed their skills and our £1m Clinical Skills Suite. Our library is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.

We boast 40 Athletic Union Clubs and more than 80 teams, so you'll have lots of opportunities to get involved in a sport you like. We’ve also got our own student bike hire scheme, with prices starting at only £35 per semester.

Our Job Shop organises around 100,000 hours of paid work for students every year. The work can be fitted around your studies and pays up to £9.28 per hour.
