Agendas, reports and minutes for meetings of boards and committees, both at University and at School level, are expected to conform to the University templates.
PLEASE NOTE: From 01 September 2016 new templates have been introduced for agendas, reports and minutes and action sheets along with guidance and a worked example to assist with completing them. These templates must be used for all agendas, reports, minutes and action sheets from 01 September 2016.
The templates are an evolution of the previous ones and although they are not completely different they do contain new ways of setting out information. If you need any further information or guidance please contact Stuart Morris in the Governance & Legal Affairs team.
The report template includes a cover sheet which summarises the subject of the report and the action the committee is recommended to take on receiving it. The secretary will assign a paper number for ease of reference.
The standard deadline for reports to be submitted is 10 working days prior to the meeting date.
