Associate Staff Card

This card is for users who are not members of University staff but who need to work at or with the University.

The Campus Card is a multi-functional smart card used to access a range of University facilitieswhich is issued to students, staff, governors, alumni and friends of the University. TheAssociate Staff Card versionprovides temporary access to the same range of University systems and facilitiesas Leeds Beckett staff, as specified by the Faculty/Service area making the request.

To request a card,you should completean Associate Staff Card ApplicationForm. Once completed and signed by the relevant Faculty/Service Manager,it should be forwarded to the the HR Operations Team, as shown on the reverse of the form. Please note that a digital photo (electronic format) must be provided ifassociates are unable to visit a Student Hub to haveyour picture taken. Cards can be collected from the Student Hubs Monday to Friday, between8:30 amand 5:00 pm.

If you lose or damage your card, you can obtain a new one, for a cost of £10, from the Student Hub. Further information is available via e-mail
