Collaborative Provision Guidelines and Templates

Guidelines and templates for the various types of academic partnership and collaborative provision can be accessed here.

Other specialist templates, such asagreement templates and exclusivity clauses are available from the Collaborative Provision Team upon request.

TheCollaborative Provision Team is responsible for the drafting and approval of all such written agreements but will need to liaise with School colleagues in order to establish exact requirements.We will manage the process for obtaining the signatures of both parties and thereby executing the agreement, in line with University guidance on timescales for the signing of written agreements for partnerships and collaborative provision.

Partner Approval

All proposed partners are required to undergo a formal approval process prior to the signing of a partnership agreement or the approval of courses for collaborative delivery.

Approval of Collaborative Provision

In order for a University course to be delivered by an approved collaborative partner, the following activities must take place
