Past volunteers

Carris Boast

Artist Liaison was not what I expected, it was better! I had so much fun and the people who I was working with really helped me learn and gave me my own responsibilities which made me feel it was not an intern I was a real member of the team.
Carris Boast, Latitude Festival Lake Stage Artist Liaison, 2014

Louise Maddox

It has given me valuable leadership skills and shown me some of my own strengths, which you don’t always get to appreciate on a day to day basis. I have learnt how to handle tricky situations and have improved my decision making skills in this tough but rewarding festival work environment.
Louise Maddox, Helpful Arena Team (HAT) Manager, Latitude Festival 2015

Rebecca Charlton

The Film Crew at Leeds was what I expected and more, I think it was great we could take our own approach to the films whilst sticking within the guidelines of a client brief. The festival experience is just amazing, it's a completely different atmosphere to any I've experienced before. You get to experience a lot of new and unimaginable things.
Rebecca Charlton, Leeds Festival Camera Operator, 2014
