Supporting business leaders adapt to new technologies and the changing digital landscape.
New and digital technologies are changing the way businesses work. The Leading to Grow Programme uses workshops and mentoring support to help business leaders develop the knowledge and skills required for the successful introduction and implementation of digital and new technologies to improve business performance now and in the future.
Project partners: The project is led by the Chartered Association of Business School and delivered by fifteen accredited Business Schools across the country.

The national programme is funded by the Business Basics Fund from the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy and Innovate UK using a random controlled trial to assess the impact of coaching and mentoring on technology adoption. As part of the trial, half the workshop participants will be selected at random to receive one-to-one mentoring support from an experienced Entrepreneur.
The impact
The impact of the programme on all participating businesses will be evaluated to inform the development of future programmes.
