Joanne plays a key role for the Retail Institute, ensuring that our business operations run as smoothly as possible at all times.
Supporting the team by managing finances, raising customer invoices, organising member events, undertaking marketing promotions and more, Joanne’s passion for excellent customer service started when she worked in travel and banking. Joanne prides herself on always putting the customer first.
Joanne is also responsible for our ISO9001 accreditation, implementing quality procedures and processes into our office systems. In fact, she’s always on the lookout for ways of making improvements.
