About Dr Vandana Pareek
Vandana holds PhD degree in Marketing from the University of Edinburgh. She has over eight years of teaching experience in an HE environment. She has taught a wide range of Marketing modules such as Marketing I & II, Marketing Communications, Brand Management.
Vandana is a dynamic and self-motivated researcher with a drive to conduct impactful research and apply her research expertise in delivering research-led teaching. She aims to make a strong contribution to the University's commitment to deliver excellent student experience. Her teaching philosophy revolves around making use of interactive lectures and encouraging students to connect theoretical concepts with real-life examples. In this regard, she feel it is essential to foster critical-thinking and introduce students to the happenings in the current business landscape.

Vandana’s research interests cover a range of topics including brand management, services marketing, marketing communications, scale development and research methodology. Her research activities focus on making a significant contribution to the extant Marketing knowledge through innovative research questions and outcomes.
Vandana’s current research focuses on developing a scale to measure service brand identity. Her research methodology involves designing surveys, conducting exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, and structural equation modelling.
