Stephanie Dawson

Stephanie Dawson is a Lecturer in Strategy and Management, a Strategy Advisor and Business Mentor for SMEs, scale-up, and start-up businesses. She is a graduate from Grenoble Ecole Management in France, and holds an MBA from the University of Newcastle.

Stephanie works with boards and business leaders to develop their strategic direction and implement their strategic plans. In the past few years she has supported over 130 businesses across a wide range of sectors.

During her 20 years working in the corporate world across Europe in industries from oil trading, packaging manufacturing to direct marketing, Stephanie built an exceptional track record of business growth through client relationship development. Her passion for delivering industry-leading customer experience ensured she consistently exceeded customer expectations. Her ability to manage large-scale multi-million-pound projects and lead multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams to high levels of performance in complex high-pressure situations, led to very successful delivery of pan-European marketing programmes.

Stephanie's diverse professional background, entrepreneurial experience and on-going consultancy work have shaped her pragmatic approach to lecturing, bringing theoretical concepts to life and turning sometimes abstract models into concrete and applicable business tools.
