Employee Assistance Programme

Our Employee Assistance Programme provider, Spectrum, is a 24/7 free and confidential service for all LBU colleagues. It is available to assist individuals in dealing more effectively with any personal or work-related problems they might be facing. The service provides short-term, solution focused counselling and referral services.

They can be contacted either by phone or by email, but please be aware you will access support faster by using the freephone number:
