Microsoft Office 365

As a Leeds Beckett University student, you can access Microsoft Office 365 for free for as long as you are studying with us. 

Office 365 provides your University Email account in Microsoft Outlook as well as your student timetable in Outlook Calendar. 

Communications from your University lecturers and administration team will go to your student email, so it’s important to check this to ensure you don’t miss out on vital information. 

How to access your University emails and timetable 

Access your free Office 365 subscription via MyBeckett or Office.com. Log in with your student email address and password. If you do not know your student email address you can look this up in MyBeckett

To access your university emails and timetable on a mobile device, update your device mail app settings to ensure this is accessing your new Office 365 email and calendar. Alternatively, you can download and install the Outlook App on your mobile device.

What is available to you as a Leeds Beckett Student 

For as long as you are studying with us you get a free Microsoft Office 365 subscription. This includes: 

  • 5 copies of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, OneNote) on your Windows and Mac PCs, laptops and devices. 

  • Microsoft Office 365 mobile apps, available from your app store to access your files, university email and timetable on your mobile devices 

  • 1 terabyte of OneDrive Leeds Beckett cloud storage for your university files  

  • 50 gigabytes of Outlook mailbox storage
