Results Online


Your assessment results will be made available on results online. You will be given your marks for each assessment (or component) and an average for each module.

Your student administrator should be able to tell you when your results will be available online (seven days after the Board of Examiners Meeting for your course - the meeting where your results are confirmed / ratified) and what to do should you find that you have not passed an assessment.

Whatever your results, you should make an appointment with your personal tutor to discuss the assessments and how you can improve or continue your success.

What to do if you can't access your results

If you are having problems with accessing your results, you are advised to view the 'Results Online Student User Guide' below, which includes answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

You are advised to check that the device you are using to access Results Online supports the use of the system. Such devices may include the following:

  • iPhones
  • iPads
  • Android mobile phones
  • Other mobile devices with web browsing capabilities

If you are having problems logging in to Results Online there may be a problem with your username or password. You will note that there is a 'Password Problems' button in the bottom right-hand corner of the login screen which will help you to reset your password. You are advised to click on this button as this is likely to be the quickest and easiest way to resolve any problems.

If however, you continue to have login or password problem, staff at the IT Helpdesks at City and Headingley campus libraries will be able to help, alternatively you can ring 0113 812 1000 at any time to speak to IT Support.

If there are no results shown it may be that the results haven’t been released yet or there is a query with the results. If you believe your results should be online and they aren’t, your student administrator may be able to help.

Appeals

If you wish to appeal against a decision of the Board of Examiners, you have 15 working days after you receive your results to submit a request for an appeal hearing. The Students’ Union Advice Service offers help with academic appeals and can be contacted on 0113 812 8400 or at suadvice@leedsbeckett.ac.uk.
