All team members are dedicated, professional and well trained people who operate as a team to help you solve any area of concern about your accommodation. They will give advice, mediate, deal with emergencies or even just give time for a chat. They have all been involved in University life in some shape or form and understand the wide variety of issues faced by new students. They also have some great links with other support services in the University (and in the Leeds city area) and are well placed to sign-post you to those services. For instance, they work closely with our partners in Wellbeing promoting resources from their website here.
The ResLife team are based in Queen Square House at City Campus and are available to meet by appointment. They can also make visits for appointments at Marsden House, Arena Village, Kirkstall Brewery, Carnegie Village, Sugarwell Court and Woodhouse Flats only.
You can contact the Residence Life Team via email for support and to arrange an appointment if necessary. In contacting us, please let us know your student number and accommodation location. Alternatively, you can call on 0113 812 5972 Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm if you have any immediate or urgent concerns.
The ResLife Team are really keen to get to know all residents and to support students to have a great time in our halls of residence.
