Our recipients

The scholarships gifted by our alumni and friends support a diverse group of students who might otherwise have been unable to afford a university education. A gift to Leeds Beckett University changes lives and we're delighted to introduce you to some of the talented students who benefit from your donations.

The scholarships are now awarded as a cash bursary of £1,500 each, paid in instalments throughout the student's time at Leeds Beckett helping them to progress and excel in their studies. This year’s recipients an aspiring sports therapist, teacher, public relations executive and two social workers.
