As an alumnus of Leeds Beckett University or one of our predecessor institutions we are here to continually support you, keeping you in touch with your University and one another. We offer you a range of services and benefits.

10% discount on postgraduate tuition fees

As an alumnus you are entitled to a 10% discount on some postgraduate tuition fees (criteria apply) for five years after you graduate which can open up a whole new world. Whether you're interested in career progression or a change in career paths, we have the course that's right for you. We offer a wide range of taught courses including:

  • Masters (eg. MA, MSc, MBA, LLM)
  • Postgraduate certificates & diplomas
  • Professional qualifications / CPD courses

Gym membership

Leeds Beckett University boasts some impressive health and fitness facilities at both City and Headingley Campus. The Community Membership is £225 for the year or £255 for a family membership, and includes the use of:
  • Two state of the art health clubs

  • Squash courts
  • Tennis courts
  • Badminton courts
  • 5 & 7-a-side pitches
  • Running track

Business start up support

As a graduate of Leeds Beckett you are able to access support and advice offered by the Enterprise & Innovation Academy to help you start up in business or become self employed.

We can help you at each stage of the start up process from developing your initial idea through to acquiring premises and employing your first member of staff. The support we offer includes;

  • Online and face to face enterprise workshops covering finance, market research, business planning, marketing and legal issues.
  • Free one to one mentoring
  • Access to funding to help you start your business
  • 6 months free office services
  • Access to networking and business events

Library membership

As an alumnus you are entitled to become a Guest User of the Library on an annual subscription basis, giving you access to the libraries at both our City and Headingley Campuses. Global volunteering projects

Volunteering enhances your personal and professional development and supports many of our Community Partners that we are committed to. Our global volunteering projects are open to alumni.

We have a range of University branded clothing and giftware available to purchase online and at our store on Headingley Campus.

10% discount on Well Met Conferencing room hire

Our wide range of award-winning venues is the perfect place to host your next event. As an alumnus you’re entitled to a 10% discount on room hire through our team at Well Met Conferencing by quoting: "ALUMNI 2014". Certificates and transcripts

If you require a copy of your certificate, a letter of verification or a Diploma Supplement (intended as a guide to the level of our awards compared to European awards for the European employment market), please see the Award Certificates Page.

For a copy of your transcript, which lists modules completed and your marks, please fill in our transcript request form.
