Conference for Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs)

New teachers are often working at points of tension. They can feel the need to adopt practices which seem relatively safe.
This week the Department for Education has published its Early Career Framework for teachers.
The ‘transition phase’ between initial teacher training and being an NQT is a critical one that needs additional support.
