Music & Sport ‘Knowing the Score’ song commission winner now available to download

‘Let her Through (The Roller)’ a winning song commission taken from this year’s Leeds School of Art’s ‘Knowing the Score’ conference which explored the historical links between music and sport has received its official release online.

Dani Seggewiss graduated from the BSc (Hons) Music Technology course in 2016, having successfully dovetailed her final year studies with her emerging career as a live sound engineer.

School of Film, Music and Performing Arts, was voted in as Chair of the Audio Engineering Society UK Section for a one-year tenure.

Dr Sue Miller was invited to join other special guests at the season launch at Lawrence Batley Theatre, Huddersfield on 28 January to talk about her band - Charanga del Norte - and her Cuban music, dance and animation collaboration with professional Cuban dancer-animator (and ex Leeds Beckett alumni BA (Hons) Animation) Guillermo Davis.
