Some good news!

When you’ve borrowed items from the Library, the time can pass really quickly and so the Library system sends out emails to student email addresses 3 days before Library due dates, as a reminder to either renew or return your items.

However, for distance learners who have borrowed books, the Offsite team have realised that 3 days isn’t that long to get down to your local post office to return items by post. So, for all items sent out by the Offsite team, the email reminders now go out an extra two days earlier, meaning that for items which we send out to students registered with Offsite, the reminders will be emailed to student email accounts 5 days in advance of the due date.

It’s also possible to renew your items online – log in to the Library catalogue using your usual MyBeckett login details, then go to the self-service tab and Renew my Materials. The Library has also produced a short video on how to renew your loans. Remember that, if you are unable to renew any items, you will need to return them by the due date.
