If you want to visit the Library, plus if you’ve graduated or are just about to start your studies
And now, as the scorching summer temperatures drop to something slightly cooler, the newly refurbished ground floor of the Sheila Silver Library at City Campus is all set to go!
If you’re ever in Leeds, please do feel free to come and visit the Library. You’ll need to bring your Leeds Beckett card, and you’ll be able to stay in the Library 24/7 as long as you have your card with you. Please see details of our staffed hours if you think you’ll need some help from Library staff during your visit.
Headingley Campus Library ground floor is currently being refurbished too!
If you’ve just graduated, congratulations and well done on the culmination of all your hard work – why not take a look at the Library’s recent blog post for a reminder of things you’ll need to do before 30th September. Remember that, if you have just graduated, access to your student email, webfiles and Google Apps will stay active until 30th September, so now might be a good time to think about backing up files and transferring any important emails.
If you’re just about to start your studies, why not checkout the Get Started tab of MyBeckett, the university’s Virtual Learning Environment – there’s loads of useful information to help prepare you for learning at Leeds Beckett, together with information from the Student Hub and the online form to sign up for Offsite postal loans, if you’re on an eligible course.
We’d love to hear from you!
