Professor Matthew Molineux

Matthew is Professor and Head of Occupational Therapy at Griffith University in Queensland, Australia. Professor Molineux has a close history with Leeds Beckett, having written and delivered our first MSc Occupational Therapy programme.

Matthew brings a wealth of subject specific knowledge and has written extensively on occupation and occupational science. He is also at the forefront of teaching innovation being an early adopter of problem-based learning and flipped classroom teaching.

The staff team are looking forward to working with Matthew on curriculum developments and he will also be delivering some expert lectures to our BSc and MSc Occupational Therapy students.

Dr Rob Brooks

Course Director / School of Clinical & Applied Sciences

Rob is the Course Director for MSc and BSc Occupational Therapy programmes. His teaching interests are occupational science, occupational therapy models and complex interventions. His research is in the areas of children and young people, neurodisability, mental health and occupational formulation.
