Leading scholar visits our School

Professor Haiyan Song from Hong Kong Polytechnic University's School of Hotel and Tourism Management today made a presentation to academic staff and researchers about his latest research.

Professor Haiyan Song 's well-attended presentation was entitled 'The influence of customer-to-customer interactions on elderly consumers’ satisfaction and social well-being.  The study he reported on highlights the role the hospitality industry can play in enhancing the social well-being of the elderly.
