Students from (Hons) Hospitality Business Management provided excellent service at the Vice Chancellor's Alumni Dinner. The four-course dinner, for 120 guests was held in the Great Hall at our Headingley Campus. Operational planning and teamwork is essential for an occasion such as this; particularly when there were eight different special dietary requirements on the night. The Universities catering team enabled 1st and 2nd Year Hospitality students have a taster of the precision needed at a prestigious dinner. The students used this occasion as a bench-mark to aim for as they alone are hosting a dinner for 200 international students on the 11 April 2019.
