The Carnegie Applied Rugby Research Conference 2019
The CARR Conference will take place on Saturday 6th April 2019 at Weetwood Hall Estate, Leeds
The 4th annual Carnegie Applied Rugby Research (CARR) conference will share applied research, with an emphasis on the practical application from the findings.
The conference is aimed at a range of practitioners and researchers including coaches, strength and conditioners, sport scientists, academics, undergraduate and postgraduate students and anyone else working within rugby or other sports and includes a range of speakers from leading international researchers in the field, to PhD students and practitioners currently working with athletes at various levels.
The conference will look to answer relevant questions for those working in the field with rugby players and athletes from other sports to enhance your understanding of player development and optimise your practice.

About the Conference
Registration for the CARR conference starts at 09:45 on Saturday 6th April.
A CARR preconference will be held on Friday 5th April, which will include a number of practical focused workshops.
Registration for the CARR preconference starts at 14:45.
There will be opportunities throughout the day for Q&A and informal discussions.
