Opportunities to work with us
We are committed to providing quality training and are proud of our track record of delivering excellence. We engage with and develop an experienced team of facilitators; these are either current or former school leaders from outstanding and good schools or professionals from a range of educational backgrounds.
By becoming a facilitator you will have access to:
- Facilitation and training materials/resources to support professional development.
- Professional development and networks. You will understand how to facilitate adult-led learning and use enquiry-based strategies and skills.
- Ongoing professional support from our experienced team of facilitators.
We also welcome opportunities to help school leaders train their own staff and we can work alongside you to develop your own school-based facilitators.
This collaborative approach allows facilitators to bring their own perspectives, experiences and skills to help create rich learning environments for all our participants.
All our registered facilitators undergo training prior to working with us and throughout your time with us, are fully supported and quality assured to ensure our professional development models uphold best practice in adult led learning.
If you would like to know more about how you can become a registered facilitator or other opportunities available as a content developer, guest speaker or assessing NPQ submissions, please contact us:
