Orienteering is an exciting outdoor adventure sport and is great for anyone wanting to improve their navigation skills or just get outdoors. The aim is to navigate between points marked on an orienteering map and decide the most efficient route to complete the course in the fastest time.

Orienteering can be completed by running, walking or jogging and can take place in a variety of locations from woodlands and forests to countryside parks and playgrounds. It can be held at an outdoor location of your choice, throughout the UK (based on locations being suitable for this activity) and is suitable for children and adults at all levels of fitness.
