Many universities will tell you the hours you can get in touch and expect you to wait until their phone lines are open. Well, that’s not how we do things at Leeds Beckett. Our Chatbot is available to you 24/7 and is able to make you an offer on any of the courses we have available in Clearing (if you meet our entry requirements). You can have a chat with her now if you like.
So, if you already have your results, or want to know your options as soon as you get your A-level grades on August 18, you can speak to our Chatbot Becky straight away and find out if we’re able to make you an offer.
Of course, if you want to speak to someone directly, you can still call us (0113 812 3113) and we’ve also got Live Chat available from Results Day onwards.
However, we know that phoning up isn’t everyone’s preferred choice and we’d like to give you the opportunity find a place in Clearing at any time that best suits you. Even if that is in the early hours of A-level Results Day! And that’s why we think our Chatbot Becky is worth shouting about.
How it all works
