- Entrepreneurs Exchange comes to Leeds to inspire the next generation
18 May 2016 - Well Met
Well Met, the conference office for Leeds Beckett University will be hosting Entrepreneurs Exchange on Wednesday 18th May from 6pm to 8.15pm at their city centre venue, The Rose Bowl.

The conference will welcome around 60 delegates and provides an opportunity for entrepreneurs who want to grow their business, to be inspired, gain practical advice and build vital networks with other entrepreneurs.
Business leaders with international experience from industries including technology, e-commerce, fashion, retail, food and drink, leisure and more, will share their knowledge at the conference. Speakers include Ella Woodward, whose culinary manifesto Deliciously Ella: A Bible for Plant-Based Living, was the fastest-selling debut cookbook on record. Sir Charles Dunstone CVO, the co-founder and chairman of Carphone Warehouse, chairman of Dixons Carphone and chairman of the TalkTalk Group, will also be speaking at the event.
The event will allow delegates to find out how the entrepreneurs started and grew their businesses, the challenges they have overcome to enable success, and the advice they wish they had been given when starting out. Backed by HSBC, the free talk will also allow entrepreneurs to make contacts and build networks with business founders in the Yorkshire region. The event is free and open to all, enabling attendees to build networks with other like-minded entrepreneurs in Yorkshire.
Clare Vidler, Conference Manager for Well Met, Leeds Beckett University’s conferencing office commented:
“The Entrepreneurs Exchange is a fantastic opportunity for budding entrepreneurs to realise their business ambitions, through expert guidance provided by two of the UK’s most successful business owners. Yorkshire has a growing economy and we’re keen to support local entrepreneurs in our region, who will go on to create jobs and become key members of the community. As a buzzing student city, Leeds is the perfect destination for the event, and we’re proud to be hosting the event at our venue.”
Entrepreneurs can register for the event at www.entrepreneurs-exhange.co.uk. The full list of speakers and biographies, venue details, and further information can be found on the website. Places are free but limited.
