Lunch
Light, cold buffet choices.
Choose two options from the range below:
- Sweet chilli pork sausage rolls topped with seeds
- Butterflied chicken breast with lemon, garlic and rosemary marinade
- Sliced rare roast beef with horseradish crème fraiche
- Vegetarian tray slice (NGCI) from the following selection:
Roast tomato, roquito pepper, mozzarella and a green sunflower seed pesto / Roast butternut squash, beetroot, feta and toasted sunflower seeds (V) - Pizza squares with marinara sauce and roast vegetables (Vegan)
- Falafel with houmous, pickled cabbage and flat breads (Vegan)
Served with the following:
- A selection of breads (V)
- Pasta or rice salad bowl (V)
- A seasonal salad bowl (V)
- A bowl of mixed leaf salad with cherry tomatoes, red onion and cucumber (Vegan)
A salad bowl is for 10 people, will vary depending on seasons and will be chosen by the chef. Please specify any dietary requirements or special requests in the notes section when placing orders.
A bowl of chips with tomato ketchup *where possible with locations. Where unavailable a bowl of new potatoes with herbs and olive oil will be provided.
