This course is designed for first line managers and team leaders who are seeking the skills and knowledge to coach others within their organisation. Taking part in the programme will expose you to new insights, tools and approaches which will develop your capability and confidence to use a coaching style in a range of situations, as well as in 1-to-1 coaching sessions with colleagues.

This course is designed for first line managers and team leaders who are seeking the skills and knowledge to coach others within their organisation.
Taking part in the programme will expose you to new insights, tools and approaches which will develop your capability and confidence to use a coaching style in a range of situations, as well as in 1-to-1 coaching sessions with colleagues.
The workshops are highly participative, using facilitated discussion, group activities, coaching practices and feedback. The concept of personal reflection is promoted during the sessions and you will be encouraged to identify opportunities to put your new skills into practice in your job.
In order to achieve this qualification, you must complete three assignments and conduct at least six hours of coaching. This course is accredited as a ILM Level 3 Award in Effective Coaching.
