This course is designed for mid to senior level managers who are seeking the skills and knowledge to make effective use of their working routine.  More than time management Leader Standard Work (LSW) is ‘The ‘Engine Room’ of lean management, it provides a structure and routine that helps leaders’ shift from a focus on results to a dual focus on process and results.

Do you currently need to do everyone else’s thinking for them?  Taking part in the programme will help business leaders release hidden cash by speeding up decision making and enable process performers to escalate value decisions; leaving leaders to move from ‘being in the business’ to focussing ‘on the business’.

Prior to joining a group virtual training session, you will be asked to complete some prework, which will be followed by a series of 1-2-1 coaching sessions.  These sessions are tailored to your individual needs; what are you doing, what should you be doing, how will things change, what will you ‘do, ditch and delegate?’

At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of completion.

One two-hour initial session (in group), followed by five two-hour individual coaching sessions with each delegate.

Once you’ve enrolled and started on the course you should complete it within 12 weeks.
