Gain a basis in counselling skills and in the knowledge and theory of counselling ethics and theoretical approaches.
As part of this course you’ll:
- Develop the knowledge and skills relevant to existing employment and/or progression to professional counsellor training
- Explore both theory and skills topics including psychology, academic, personal and skills development, and the application of theory and skills to the workplace
- Study part-time over two years, with attendance for 3.5 hours per week
