INFORMATION FOR COLLEAGUES
Government travel advice to and from the UK is being regularly updated.
The UK Government is advising that there are no longer any restrictions on leaving England to travel internationally, however to protect public health in the UK and the vaccine rollout, you should not travel to countries or territories on the red or amber lists.
If you travel to one of these countries or territories, you should look at the rules in place at your destination and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) travel advice. You should do this even if you are returning to a place you’ve visited before.
What if i have to travel for work?
Until further notice, the university no longer requires colleagues to undertake business travel in the UK or overseas.
Where possible, move your meetings online by using Microsoft Teams, Skype or other technology solutions to reduce unnecessary social contact.
Parking on campus
Please refer to our 'Working on Campus safely' section for more information about parking.
Staff shuttle bus
The staff shuttle bus is no longer running and travel between campus is discouraged.
