Lecture Series
In this inaugural lecture, Mark reflects on his learnings from some of his work supporting local health systems in reviewing, evaluating and designing approaches to respond to the varied challenges they face.
Mark Gamsu is a professor in the School of Health at Leeds Beckett University. With an interest in inequalities, local democracy and health, he has spent the last decade working with a number of health and care organisations.
His research highlights the growing recognition of the need to develop a stronger and closer relationship between English health and care systems and members of the public.
