The Carnegie Applied Rugby Research Conference 2020
In the current circumstances we have taken the decision to cancel our public facing events which we were due to host in the coming weeks. This decision will come into effect from Monday 16 March and covers all events scheduled until 30 April 2020. Events planned after this date will be kept under review. Please keep checking for updates.
Unfortunately, we have had to make the decision to postpone the CARR Conference on the 27th and 28th March. Whilst we are very disappointed with this, we are sure you all understand based on the current circumstances. We will communicate future plans soon.
The 5th annual Carnegie Applied Rugby Research (CARR) conference will share applied research, with an emphasis on the practical application from the findings.
The conference is aimed at a range of practitioners and researchers including coaches, strength and conditioners, sport scientists, academics, undergraduate and postgraduate students and anyone else working within rugby or other sports and includes a range of speakers from leading international researchers in the field, to PhD students and practitioners currently working with athletes at various levels.
The conference will look to answer relevant questions for those working in the field with rugby players and athletes from other sports to enhance your understanding of player development and optimise your practice.
