Kirkstall Forge Development Update and Presentation: Constructing Excellence Yorkshire and Humber
The £400 million Kirkstall Forge development in Leeds will eventually provide around 1,050 homes and 300,000 sq ft of high quality offices, leisure, shops and restaurants. Join us for an update from the scheme's developers, CEG.
Join us at Number One, Kirkstall Forge for a Constructing Excellence Yorkshire and Humber site visit hosted by CEG. Number One is the first office within the £400 million Kirkstall Forge 57 acre, mixed-use development of 1,050 homes and 300,000 sq ft of high quality offices, leisure, shops and restaurants. The oldest continually industrialised UK site, it intertwines placemaking, industrial heritage, sustainability, cultural values and quality, providing arguably one of the largest and most inspiring regeneration projects in the North of England. Developer CEG has overseen £40million investment to clear and decontaminate this brownfield site, delivering flood defence works, infrastructure including a major river bridge and an on-site railway station. CEG’s Investment Manager Paul Richardson and Pierre Angulaire’s Project Manager Gareth Chambers will be talking about the progress of the development so far as well as describing plans for the site going forward.
